At Cakeboards Avaré, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the goal of ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining fairness between both buyer and seller.

EXCHANGES
We currently do not guarantee exchanges.
Due to product demand and inventory availability, we cannot ensure that replacement items will still be in stock when a returned item is received.
However, in approved situations, exchange requests may be accepted according to our return procedures and store policies.

All order-related issues must be reported within 7 business days after receiving your package.
REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
Returns and replacement requests are reviewed individually.
Approved requests may receive:

- Store credit
- Product replacement
All resolutions are determined based on the specific circumstances of each order.
RESTOCKING FEE
A restocking fee of 30% of the purchase value may apply to orders that are:
- Refused at delivery
- Returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
- Returned because of incorrect size, color, or product selection chosen by the buyer
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following products are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:
Cake Boards
All cake board sales are final.
Boxes & Packaging
All packaging products and boxes are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Truffle Wrappers
All truffle wrapper sales are final and non-refundable.
Final Sale Products
All sale, clearance, closeout, and promotional items are final sale.
If you experience any problems with your order, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
SHIPPING FEE REFUND POLICY
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs for unwanted products are the responsibility of the customer.
Only canceled orders that have not yet shipped are eligible for a full refund.
RETURN PROCESS & RETURN LABELS
Return shipping labels will only be provided in the following situations:
- Defective or damaged items
- Missing products or missing parts
- Incorrect items shipped
- Shipping damage caused during transit
If you return products using your own shipping method, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Cakeboards Avaré is not responsible for packages lost or stolen during the return shipping process.
Once the returned package is received and inspected, we may issue:
- A refund
- Store credit
- Replacement product
according to our store policy.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR MERCHANDISE
To initiate a return request:
- Contact our customer service team within 7 business days after delivery.
- Wait for return authorization approval.
- Include your order number or packing slip inside the package.
- Securely package the item(s), preferably using the original packaging.
- Ensure all products are returned in original condition with accessories and tags attached.
- Prepay all return shipping costs.
Please note:
- COD deliveries will not be accepted.
- Keep your tracking information for your records.
- If a return label is issued, the package must be shipped within 7 days.
If the package is not shipped within the required timeframe, the return request may be canceled.

These natural variations are part of the uniqueness and beauty of handmade products.
Each item may differ slightly from product photos and from other units of the same product.
COLOR DISCLAIMER
Colors displayed on screens may vary depending on:

For this reason, we cannot guarantee exact color matching between online images and physical products.
If precise color matching is important for your project, we recommend ordering samples before placing large or custom orders.
