SHIPPING DAYS

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

Orders placed between Friday and Sunday are typically processed on the following Monday or Tuesday.

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties determined by the destination country.


SHIPPING ADDRESS

To ensure safe delivery, please provide a shipping address where someone is available to receive the package.

Cakeboards Avaré is not responsible for packages left unattended after delivery or for theft occurring after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping fees.


ADDRESS CORRECTION

If you notice an incorrect shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.

If USPS or UPS Cannot Deliver

If the carrier cannot complete the delivery, the package may be returned to us. Once received, we will review the situation and assist according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Incorrect Address Deliveries

If a package is delivered to the incorrect address provided during checkout and retained by the recipient, our ability to recover the package may be limited.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout.


RETURNED MERCHANDISE POLICY

Orders returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Unclaimed packages
  • Refused deliveries
  • Delivery issues caused by customer error

may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% of the product value, excluding shipping costs.

The remaining eligible balance will be refunded once the returned package is received and inspected.


UNWANTED MERCHANDISE POLICY

Returned items requested due to customer preference, including incorrect size, color, or product selection, may also be subject to a restocking fee.

We strongly recommend reviewing product descriptions, measurements, and specifications before placing your order.

SHIPPING VS DELIVERY TIME

Delivery Time

The transit time required by USPS, UPS, or another shipping carrier to deliver your package after shipment.

You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been shipped.


TRACKING NUMBER & PACKAGE STATUS

After shipment, a tracking number will be sent to your email address.

Tracking updates are managed directly by the shipping carrier.

Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

MAIL THEFT & MISPLACED PACKAGES

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  • Contacting your local USPS or UPS office
  • Verifying delivery details with the carrier
  • Checking with neighbors or building management
  • Reviewing any available security camera footage

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Cakeboards Avaré cannot guarantee reimbursement for stolen or misplaced packages.

However, we will gladly assist you in opening carrier claims whenever possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The shipping box
  • The shipping label

We may initiate a claim with the carrier depending on the situation.
